Students and staff at Holy Redeemer got into the spirit on May 5th as they donned hats for Hats On for Mental Health Day. "This is tremendously important at creating awareness and creating dialogue about the seriousness of this issue," says Harpreet Sarao, Mental Health Therapist at HRH. "Talking about this issue helps to destigmatize mental health. In other words, if you can talk about a headache, you can talk about how you feel." Here, Mrs. Jumaga's grade 8 science class were all wearing hats!
