High school students in Mrs. Gantz's Astronomy 15 class had a blast making craters on November 24th. The students designed experiments to test the effect of meteoroid variables like size, shape, and angle of impact, then carried out their test trials and recorded and analyzed their data. Here grade 10 student Vada Erickson tests to see if her experiment is a success. Astronomy is just one of the many different option classes offered for high school students at HRH.
